The staff was very helpful. ade with security, was professional and friendly. i sincerely appreciate his assistance. He was amazing with a difficult situation with a coworker who was feeling ill. i hope he is appreciated.
I booked a club king room a while ago for this trip. just before christmas, a message arrived. It said the executive lounge would be closed. they offered one drink and an appetiser in the hotel bar as compensation. it did not make up for what would have been available had the lounge been open.

the staff i found very nice and helpful. zahara provided a warm welcome each morning at the tyburn market cafe, this improved my day. i liked the fresh pastries, including savory croissants.
the housekeeping had issues. there was debris on the sofa, floor, and desk. the hotel did not action this properly. i was disappointed by a lack of gesture for the inconvenience.

The executive lounge staff, Maheshi and David, provided excellent service. I felt very welcome. The lounge offered a relaxed atmosphere, perfect after a busy day. The room was comfy, and the hotel is only a short walk from the underground. I found the location very convenient (easy to reach everything).
