I really enjoyed the great customer service i got. the front desk was super helpful! i had just finished chemo and mentioned this. I REALLY appreciated that. breakfast was lovely. there was a great choice. an AMAZING view of the o2!!!
i stayed at the hotel this weekend with my partner, but we were disappointed. our room's window was wide open. this was because the aircon didn't appear to work very well. the minibar didn't work either. it smelt like old indian food! that's because it had not been cleaned.

Reception staff were helpful and nice. A shop nearby sells essential items. The breakfast buffet was quite good, with options available for differing diets. I recommend it.
My room TV didn't work. Also the heater wasn't functional. This created some discomfort and inconvenience . I hope they addressed this issue promptly.

the gym HAD decent equipment.
the room was not properly cleaned , WHICH was QUITE DISGUSTING. i FOUND several hairs in the bathroom , and the carpet had some stains. i EXPECTED better hygiene for the price I paid , and it DEFINITELY put a DAMPER on my stay.
