a day of pure bliss and relaxation
lush treatment relaxing sauna yummy food
I enjoyed a day of blissful pampering there. i booked a body nectar wrap and massage. it was a full body treatment with products and massage, including a facial and scalp massage. It stands out as one of the best massages i've ever received. later, i used the spa facilities, including the steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, and pool.
while the hotel is lovely, i noticed a slight inconvenience with the shower curtain in the bathroom. it tended to stick during showers, something i find a bit bothersome.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They were always available. My room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was very nice with a good selection available.
The hotel felt a little tired, and there wasn't much atmosphere in the bar. I found only one small radiator in the bedroom. I felt chilly and there was no fridge in the room.

mixed feelings about my stay
scratched furniture non-functional wifi
the room showed wear. the furniture had scratches. wifi was completely unavailable that impacted my plans to work from there. i have stayed in remote locations with better connectivity

Solid stay, great food
excellent food dog treats
The food was excellent. I had a family room. The room was huge and warm with windows on two sides overlooking the grounds and the golf course. The hotel is dog friendly, with jars of treats everywhere and a complementary sausage each breakfast time.
The shower in the bathroom had a shower curtain. When showering, the curtain constantly stuck to me, my pet peeve. I haven't been in a hotel that does not have a shower screen in a long time.
