the staff were friendly on arrival. i received a lovely room upgrade. the facilities was excellent.
the tv in my room did not work for my entire stay. i was asked to change rooms, which i had already done due to a broken washing machine. i found a hair in my breakfast. i was charged for drinks at the bar during the complimentary hours. this was later reversed.

Really good Hospitality and Prime Location

The hotel provided a suite upgrade with very comfortable beds and excellent room service. I found the location idealjust a short walk from nearby attractions. Valet parking was seamless, (I didn't have to lift a finger!) with all arrangements handled efficiently. The staff greeted us warmly upon arrival and continued to be cute throughout our stay.
During the stay, I noted the absence of a swimming pool on the premises. This limited recreational options for those prioritizing swimming as part of their stay.

The breakfast selection included a wide variety of items to start the day. The House of Ming restaurant offered great dining. I had dinner there on my second night. The restaurant staff quickly took care of our requests.
