The staff were friendly. they really helped to plan a route around the area! the bus stop is right outside. Transport links are excellent.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The traditional clothing was available to wear for dinner and breakfast. I booked a private onsen. It provided a good and relaxing experience.

The room was a bit worn. It needs updating. The view was hidden by another house.

The location when arriving on public transport is excellent. The bus stop is adjacent to the hotel entrance. This makes access very convenient. It helped reduce travel stress.

The room was not cleaned well. I noticed the tub's walls felt slimy during private onsen use. They also didn't provide drinking water in that onsen. After a while, I felt very dizzy sick.
