A good seaside haven
great locationreally good cleanlinesssteep stairs
the location was excellent so close to the beach I walked there in minutes. the host was very cute I received assistance with my luggage upon arrival. the breakfast included tasty options it was freshly cooked and very satisfying. the room was clean I noticed fresh towels were provided daily.
the stairs to the room were steep I was not informed about this in advance. this could be difficult with mobility issues or heavy luggage.

the hotel offers complimentary tea and coffee in the rooms I found this very convenient. fresh towels were provided daily which was appreciated after a day at the beach this added to a comfortable stay.

the host offered warm greeting I was touched by the personalized service. i felt very welcomed throughout the stay the staff were attentive to my needs and available to answer questions.

the hotel is near to the beach I enjoyed the proximity. the train station is only short walk from the hotel I found this convenient for travel. it is very close to the city center and also the beach.

Oliver assisted with our luggage to our room. our room had a lovely view of the sea. I awoke each morning to the sounds of waves. breakfast included a perfectly cooked full english option. various cereals and juice. the b&b's location was convenient, very close to the beach.
the stairs to the top floor were a bit challenging, especially with luggage and after long days of exploring. it was a bit of exercise. but after the third day i was already comfortable with it.

The breakfast was delicious!!! it was served hot, and there was a good choice of cereals, toast, and a full english breakfast. the coffee was fantastic too. The food was AMAZING!!!

The location was super close to the beach. I really enjoyed a cooked breakfast, so yummy! Location is amazing for train station and buses.
Only orange juice was available. I wanted more fruit! there wasn't marmalade or jams. It was a let down.
