lack of hot water excessive street noise
The hot water system clearly needs attention. There was no hot water . it became an inconvenience. also, the soundproofing needs improving. street noise was noticeable.

fantastic stay!
very nice cocktails attentive concierge necessary amenities
the staff, especially tony at the bar, really knew how to make very nice cocktails. bogdan at the concierge desk was very attentive, everything ran smoothly. the room was nicely decorated and had all the necessary amenities, which i appreciated.
The pillows were too hard and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. i wished they had softer options available. It would have enhanced my comfort.

the superior room had a super king bed. it was well-equipped. the room also included blackout curtains that helped ensure i slept soundly, and i really appreciated that.

acceptable but had drawbacks
helpful staff printed directions stocked minibar road noise
i went for a dance trip for my sisters and stayed here. the staff helped me with directions when i needed. they printed directions when i asked.
the minibar was not stocked when i arrived. the rooms had very little sound proofing. road noise was heard very well.

the superior double room I stayed in had a nespresso machine. complimentary water and sweets were also available. the location was near a tube station. two good Italian restaurants were nearby also.
my room had only a shower with no bath.

enjoyable stay at the heart of the city
welcome drink spacious room fun photo booth
the staff were so friendly upon my arrival i got a complimentary welcome drink. i also liked finding popcorn and sweets in my room a great surprise. the room was clean and spacious so it was very relaxing. i found the picture booth a fun extra i loved the printed photos.
i noticed the lifts were slow which caused some delays especially during peak times it was inconvenient. it would improve the guest experience to have faster lifts.

i found the breakfast buffet offered many choices from toast to beans plus there was an omelet station for custom orders. there were tasty lunch options available at the hotel i thought. the bar staff were friendly and made great cocktails i appreciated.

the hotel has a central location so it is close to many services restaurants and parks. it is only a 20 minute walk to regent street and oxford street i saw. the british museum is only a 5 minute walk away i noticed.

the front desk staff were very helpful so i could easily get taxis. they assisted with accommodations i appreciated. the breakfast area staff were friendly and efficient , made the mornings easier i noticed.

awesome experience
comfortable beds easy process
the check in process was easy. our room was really nice. the beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. the room was clean and the room service was meticulous. i loved the gift i received.
one of the elevators wasnt working and , made waiting longer. the hotel alarm went off three times in the night. one of the nights were horrible and the staff laughed at my fatigue.

Acceptable Stay with Some Disappointments
small bathroom street noise
The location was excellent, making it easy to get around.
The room felt quite small. Entering the bathroom required a turn to shut the door, and it was a tight fit. the room was too warm during the night. I had to open the windows, which resulted in significant street noise.
