woohoo! what a fab stay!
super clean roomsfriendly staffgreat food
i was so happy with the cleanliness. the rooms were super clean and the communal areas shone! the staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful. the food was also really tasty with a great choice every meal. i was not dissapointed.

The hotel offered a very clean environment. I noted that the grounds were meticulously maintained. I appreciated the abundant sunbeds available. There was ample space for everyone by the pool. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly. They always seemed ready to assist with any questions or requests!!!
The Wi-Fi signal was occasionally weak.

The sun loungers were not great. many seemed broken. the food was also a letdown, i felt. there was little variety, and it seemed to mostly cater to spanish guests. This. this was disappointing as i paid for all-inclusive.

I got a studio upon arrival because of overbooking. It came with a complimentary all-inclusive upgrade. The room was large, with a kitchen and seating area. The hotel grounds were immaculate, and there were plenty of available sun beds (a real plus!). The pool area was clean. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful.
WiFi was not very reliable .

The reception staff were always ready to assist, especially with directions and local information. The dining room staff maintained attentive service during busy periods, ensuring tables were cleared quickly. Housekeeping kept the rooms in pristine condition daily.

I found the location very convenient. The promenade was only a short walk. The breakfast was good with many choices. The outdoor area was great, I appreciated the well-kept garden. Staff members were generally helpful. The reception team was very efficient.
The loungers by the pool seem a bit old. Some need updating. It was a minor detail though.
