Wonderful Food and Helpful Staff
friendly staff best breakfast fine building exterior
The staff were very friendly and cute. The breakfast is among the best I have had at any hotel. The building exterior is fine, with healthy plants in abundance. fox-themed decorations outside and inside.
I stayed in a room above the kitchen, and the noise was almost unbearable. The walk-in fridge was used multiple times per hour from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. and was almost always slammed shut.

The restaurant stood out. The food was AMAZING!!! the location proved convenient, placing me close to everything. the building itself had a warm, cozy feeling.
the room's heating system was complex with zero instructions. despite texting for assistance, i received no response within 24 hours. the bed and pillows felt lumpy, made sleep difficult.

mixed experience due to noise issues
noise issues thin window
the provided breakfast was of a high standard and amazing quality.
i stayed in room 1 and experienced significant noise issues. i could hear conversations from other rooms and the front door slamming throughout the night. the thin bathroom window also caused the blind to bang in the wind, further disrupting sleep..

excellent stay!
large bed excellent restaurant
i arrived early and was allowed to use the carpark. the carpark has space for around five vehicles at the top. our room was spacious with a large bed and on suite bathroom. breakfast is provided when you book direct with the hotel. the restaurant was excellent with plenty of choice.
I stayed in a loft room with low beams. I hit my head a number of times. my wife found an empty deodorant bottle from a previous guest. the wardrobe had a thick layer of dust on top.

the hotel is just off a busy road with easy access to the main street. the street features a market four times a week, and it is close to attractions. canal boat trips and many pubs are easily accessible.

our room was spacious. it included a large bed, tv, tea, and coffee-making facilities. there was plenty of storage space for clothes. the on suite bathroom had both a bath and shower.
