The hotel staff were attentive (i especially liked the team at the front desk). I appreciated the welcome. They explained all the amenities in detail. The infinity pool on the 77th floor provided amazing views of the beach. The beach grill prepared delicious meals.

This time, my wife joined me, and as a returning guest, we received a room upgrade. The housekeeping team visits the room around three times daily. They replenish coffee, tea, and water, and they maintain cleanliness. We spent most of our time at the gorgeous infinity pool, a relaxing experience. I received fresh towels and ice water daily.

the pool area was beautiful, and well maintained.
The hotel markets certain rooms with a 'marina view'. this description is deceptive. There is no actual view of the marina, only of an industrial complex. the check-in process was a disaster, taking 30 minutes, and i initially received a terrible room, necessitating a change.
