friendly staff welcome atmosphere very nice food unpredictable water noticeable road noise tired looking hotel
The staff were very friendly. The food was very nice (especially the honey lamb with parsnip crisps!). The breakfast hamper had a lovely selection of items.
The shower had an unpredictable hot and cold water mix. This made showering a bit dangerous. I found the road noise quite noticeable. The hotel generally looked very tired.

a good stay
friendly proprietor clean room comfortable bed
Will, the proprietor, was very friendly. He even helped us order a taxi. the receptionist also showed great kindness. our room was quite attractive and very clean. The bed was comfortable. the breakfast hamper included cute items, a lovely touch.
the restaurant did not serve food one evening, unexpected! i was not told about any early closure.

lovely stay at the inn
cute staff clean room hot meal
the staff were cute when i arrived. my room was clean. i noticed complimentary items in the restrooms that you usually don't expect. the meal i had at jordans was great and served hot.
The hot and cold water mix in the showers was unpredictable. It changed mid-shower.

the location is ideal for local travel, providing convenient access to nearby attractions. a large, private car park offers secure parking, and many areas allow walks, which must be great in summer.

The inn provides a lovely breakfast basket in the room. It includes fresh milk and orange juice. the landlord provides excellent service, and friendly locals frequent the lovely pub area. the basket had cornflakes, oats, tea, coffee and more.

excellent stay!
helpful staff stocked fridge
I arrived late, and the staff was very helpful. the room had its own fridge stocked with fresh milk, orange juice, and yogurt, a nice touch. i plan to arrive earlier next time. Though, to enjoy some food and a drink.
No lift exists, and my room was on the second floor. Quite a lot of stairs were there to negotiate. housekeeping banged on the door at exactly 11 am bellowing \"checkout\".

beautiful room comfortable bed thoughtful touch cooked breakfast poor quality jacuzzi bath
our room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. the bed was super comfortable. we appreciated the the fridge and kettle.
The hotel does not provide a cooked breakfast. A hamper is supplied instead. the light breakfast was considered insufficient and of poor quality. the shower was over a jacuzzi bath that was particularly difficult to safely access.
