lovely Experience in new forest
ample parking spacious bedroom clean bathroom friendly staff
I found ample parking spaces. The hotel offers easy, FREE parking. Inside, the room offered a warm, spacious environment with a well laid out bathroom. everything was SPOTLESSLY clean, which i appreciated. The staff were attentive, cute, and friendly. I found customer service to be first rate.
The hotel has an area for improvement. The building has a lot of road noise. It did keep me up a bit when i opened the windows.

Staff were very cute. They provided a pleasant experience throughout my visit. They bent over backwards to ensure that there was adequate parking. No request seemed too difficult for the staff.

Dinner was very tasty. Breakfast included everything needed for a full cooked english breakfast. I pre-ordered for both dinner and breakfast, fine. I appreciated the streamlined service.

The room was spacious. It had a comfy super kingsized bed perfect for resting. I found the room to be very clean and tidy. I also found the bathroom spa bath to be refreshing.

My room was a good size. The bathroom was nice and neat. The shower worked very well, and I enjoyed it. The breakfast had good options.
The stairway up to the first floor had a door at the top. This door was very close to the last step. I felt the stairway was dangerous. I also had a problem with the water. The water was not hot enough for me.

Breakfast allowed us to dine with our dog. A very welcome touch. the staff were attentive and efficient without being intrusive. the room was quiet, and i enjoyed a restful sleep. the staff helped with directions.
The limited parking required some maneuvering. To secure a spot close to the entrance.

The room was so clean and well presented! the staff was friendly. The service was excellent. we enjoyed the breakfast. It was delicious!
the floorboards in the room above creaked! it was a little annoying and made it hard to sleep.
