excellent stay
spacious room convenient location
the rooms were spacious and super clean. the hotel location is very convenient. i also liked the traditional style of the rooms (it felt classic). breakfast was amazing, especially the freshly squeezed juice.
i had some difficulty with shower pressure in the bathroom. it was challenging to get the water temperature right.

comfortable beds pillow range tram access
the victorian suite had very comfortable beds. i loved the great range of pillows on offer (so many options!). the location is fantastic with convenient access to the trams. it made it easy to explore the area.
the hot water in the shower was not very hot.

The location provided easy access to nearby shops. I appreciated the detail-oriented staff. They were always available. I found the food to be great. This was particularly noticeable in the restaurant. The hotel exhibits a rich history visible in its architecture and decor.
